Data scope: For this purpose, we may process certain personal data provided by you in the contact form or e-mail, as well as data on the use of our services or products, data contained in the attached documents, e.g. data on complaints
Legal basis: our legally legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the RODO), consisting in improving the functionality of services and building positive relationships with clients and potential clients.
Product marketing
Data scope: On the basis of your consent, you will receive information about price promotions of our products.
Grounds: Our legally legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the RODO), consisting in the marketing of our products.
IV. Who do we transfer your data to?
The administrator provides personal data to external entities - subcontractors for the purpose necessary to provide the service, i.e .: entities providing courier, accounting and payment services. In exceptional cases, the Administrator will provide personal data if authorized state bodies apply - in particular the Police and organizational units of the prosecutor's office or the Presidents of UODO, UKE, UOKiK.
V. Your rights related to the processing of personal data
We provide the opportunity to implement your rights related to the processing of personal data. Your rights include:
